Leadership Bootcamp (with Dogs!)

This an exciting new hands-on training programme that brings together the expertise of Leadership Coach and Trainer Ally Mccullagh with SolutionK9 Trainer and Dog Expert Luzelle. Learn the fundamental basics of leadership - the essentials you need to know and how to put it into action so that your team are motivated and engaged to do their best work. We will cover six key leadership topics, such as boundaries and consistency, while working alongside dogs for immediate feedback on whether or not you are nonverbally communicating leadership traits. Identify your strengths and vulnerabilities, and walk away confident in knowing how to progress as a leader. Morning/afternoon tea, lunch, and coffee and tea will be provided. Additional personal coaching sessions are to be scheduled after the event.
